By reading other size reviews I'll save you some time. Buy one size larger than you normally wear. I'm tall and bought them in XL and they work great. I bought adidas and they are too big like other brands.

I like the material and of course the locking ability. I was disappointed that the largest size (2x) barely fits a 40 waist so they were passed on to an adult son. He can wear them as overpants when riding a moped.

I use these for my 97 year old uncle who had a stroke and these pants are easy to put on. He was also in the hospital and came home with a Foley catheter, so these pants keep the catheter from shrinking. .The "material" is not fabric but thin nylon so I don't think they will last too long. They are easy to put on and take off, fit well and work well with the catheter.
