Filling is lumpy and bed tilts when a 12kg dog climbs in. The side of the "chairs" collapses and has no support. The cover is good quality and the zips seem to fit well so I can add some padding as I need it for support. The inner filling (stand) is in a thin paper bag. You can see that the filling looks like cut pieces of egg crate foam or something similar in nature. There are better options for the same money, so choose someone else.

The quality and design of this bed is not impressive. The filling is essentially a foam shell that is knocked off by dogs lying on it. I've had it for a year and now it's virtually unusable as it offers little to no cushioning between my dog and the hard wooden floor. I followed the cleaning instructions and NEVER put it in the washing machine. At the same time, the filling inside was lost. For the money I spent on this bed I could buy any of the famous brands of very high quality.

This bed comes in a shrink-wrapped bag which 'puffs up' when the plastic wrap is removed. The foam of the bed is of very poor quality and after squeezing there was a dent in the floor where there was no foam. Also, my pup's nose could be something objectionable because she wouldn't even get in and couldn't wait to get rid of it. She usually has the opposite reaction to a new bed. Generally very bad quality. Even the cat couldn't get in! Returned immediately. Don't waste time ordering this!
