Aesthetically pleasing

I bought these to raise a Karlby worktop that sits on top of two Ikea Alex drawers. I've seen so many of these and was amazed by the look. I drilled them right into the top of the drawers. It made more sense to me to do it this way than drilling into a wood countertop. I would recommend this if you want a nice clean computer. I could also use them to hide my business router between the table top and the drawers on the side.

Does not support weight when set. collapsed. Junk

Very poor attitude. I bought 12 of these for my sofa and love seat (living room furniture). I even put more on my furniture than before. BUG: I adjusted them all evenly by about 1/2 inch to make the furniture a little bigger. Everything looked great, the stitching was fine and they sat flat and evenly. sat on the couch (I'm not fat). 8 out of 12 collapsed inward and twisted. It sounded like a popping noise and now my furniture is rocking and not rotating to accommodate. All 12 are in the binโ€ฆ

Not very strong, suitable for devices

It was ok in a pinch, but they are only suitable for light use. I had to provide additional support to the bottom of some sagging chipboard work cabinets. They did their job but I didn't expect them to hold much weight or survive on anything that needs to be moved from time to time. The bracket is metal, but the inside is thin plastic and the outer shell is very thin sheet metal. When extended to its full height there is little to hold it together. One of the legs broke in half when I put theโ€ฆ
