FuzzyLogic - Fantastic tool used throughout different stages

I like that they take into consideration how people learn best or don't as well when trying to explain concepts for new hires. It's not always easy since you can never truly know what someone will understand without them actually doing it themselves first but this helps give us an idea of where we may need more clarification. The only thing i dislike about fuzzy math is sometimes there isn't enough clarity given during times of confusion which makes explaining things difficult at time…

Pros
  • Well organized, clear cut process with little wasted steps in between.
  • Good tools available (ie; quizzes)
  • Great customer service support if needed
Cons
  • Some cons
