edit - slow and hard to connect most of the time

edited - now that my drive has grown even longer I've lowered my rating to one star because it's barely there now the connection keeps up because the usb-c connector moves inside the drive, so it's poorly built (or maybe it's just that block). It's a great idea, it looks great, but it's not worth the effort. I hope it's just mine or they make improvements. I've had the disc for about 6 weeks now and decided to try it out. I will say I may be having a bad ride but the support team didn't respond

Pros
  • AES-XTS 256-bit hardware encryption
Cons
  • update availability

A fast computer gives you optimal speed.

As a music producer, it's nice to come out of the studio and know I can just lock a disc from my phone. I had no problems with speed. about 800 Mbps on average. I'm using a 2020 Mac Pro (12 cores, 3.4GHz, 96GB RAM and 4TB SSD). So I'm sure I'm getting the most out of the ride. Great tool and I will buy another one with more memory. Overall a great product if your car is fast too.

Pros
  • Compatible Devices: Smartphone
Cons
  • Expensive

A fast computer gives you optimal speed.

It's nice when a music producer walks out of the studio knowing I can easily lock the disc from my phone.

Pros
  • Great for outdoor activities
Cons
  • Not sure

edit - mostly slow and difficult to connect

edited - well now that my journey is even longer I downgraded my rating to one star because it now hardly keeps the connection because the port the usb c in the drive is shifted, so it's poorly built (or maybe it's just that block). It's a great idea, it looks great, but it's not worth the effort. I hope it's just mine or they make improvements. I've had the disc for about 6 weeks now and have decided to give it a try. I will say I may be having a bad ride but the support team didn't respond at

Pros
  • understandable even for old people
Cons
  • a few little things
