The light is good and easy to install. I have 2 light settings (light and dark). A bright setting works well with these new bulbs, but a dark setting is useless as the bulb produces almost no light at this setting. That's the only reason I don't give 5 stars

20W Halogen bulbs that fit under the GE Microwave (over-stove mounted) are great for night lighting. These 3w replacement LED bulbs are great as their base is flat, just like the original halogen bulbs. They are also dimmable. I tested them in both dimmer modes (see photo).

My high power microwave had very weak lightbulbs. I wanted to brighten up the workspace, but unfortunately these bulbs aren't brighter. Power consumption will be lower, but that wasn't my main concern. If you need a brighter light than the standard bulb, look elsewhere. Otherwise, it's an acceptable replacement depending on how long it lasts.

I bought these two lamps to replace the dim and yellowing lightbulbs on my GE microwave. They are cool white, comfortable and bright, but not too much. They illuminate the surface of the stove MUCH better and make a great night light too. Installation took about 30 seconds including removing the headlight cover screw and removing it before the cat ate it. Good product.

These bulbs work great in a microwave counter. I am very happy with their work. When I installed one of these in the microwave, it burned out on the first exposure to the microwaves. Installing a second bulb inside gave the same result. Apparently incandescent bulbs are not microwave compatible and should not be used to illuminate the inside of an oven. Very good bulb for lighting the microwave under the counter.

We needed to replace the bulb on the underside of our microwave over the stove. This is a light that needs to be bright so you can see what's cooking on the stove. These lights aren't bright enough. I understand that the microwave for this lightbulb can only be of a certain wattage and this lightbulb meets that requirement. It just doesn't give us enough light. OK, it's really my fault for not reading the full product description, but I based my purchase on the title text "WB25X10019 20W Microwave Bulbs Replacement for GE Microwave Halogen Bulbs". I have a GE Over Range microwave oven, model JNM7196SF1SS, and the bulbs underneath have burned out. One burned down who knows when, but another burned down late last week.
