Eh, low quality OEM style replacement

Supposedly decent replacement but arrived with almost no packaging, holes in boxes due to lack of packaging. The first 2 inches of travel does not offer stable compression on either shock. I think at least they perform better or on par with the factory shocks that were on the truck at 200,000 miles. I really can't tell any difference.

Pros
  • Cool
Cons
  • Some problems

Easy to mount on shock absorbers

Easy to mount and now my truck drives smoothly over bumps, steering is much better and especially on the highway the wind from passing cars doesn't rock my truck (much more stable) . Handling in corners has also improved significantly. My ranger has over 180,000 miles on it and this is the first shock change, amazing.

Pros
  • Great for outdoor activities
Cons
  • Safety

Good replacement shock absorbers OEM

Good replacement shock absorbers OEM. Revain prices are lower than your local auto parts store. This is my second set on a 215,000 mile truck doing 5 miles a day on a rocky dirt road. On older shocks, the rubber insert that the bolt goes through would fall out prematurely and would rattle for a while.

This will NOT fit Mazda B4000 RWD Pickup

Disassembled the truck two months after I ordered the shocks from Amazon and the returns window was closed when the weather was getting warmer and it was time to put the shocks on my RWD 2001 Mazda B-4000 pickup. After disassembling the front left shock, I took it out of the box, got it ready for installation and found that it was a good 6 inches shorter than the old one. Upon further review and verification, this turned out to be the wrong option, although the site agreed it was a perfect fit.

Pros
  • New
Cons
  • Slightly torn

It's garbage. Don't waste money and time.

There is nothing pleasant about these things. My truck started moving so abruptly it was nauseating. I took it to the shop to have the ball joints replaced and find out why it drives so poorly. They didn't think it was the shocks because they had about 16,000 miles on them, but they didn't rule them out. They recommend the Monroe oespectrum on the front for $375. I bought the kit here for $85 and the difference in ride is just amazing. to their normal length. They're just junk. I'm ordering…

Pros
  • Great for a small home
Cons
  • Questionable purchase for the elderly
