Excellent value for money - ideal for low cycle situations

Good price but they bounce a bit when used with microcontrollers - eliminate the rattling as if they weren't tactile buttons. Can't say for sure as I haven't put them through a thousand cycles, but I've used hundreds of switches in my decades of work. with a hood, but they don't look like they're going to last particularly long. Still, for the price, I use them in low cycle situations and am happy with them.

Pros
  • Main body size (approx.): 13 x 8 mm / 0.51" x 0.31" (L*W); Overall Height: 33mm / 1.3in
Cons
  • No Instructions

Low quality. suitable for industrial electrical engineering

Don't spend a lot of time soldering these switches or the terminals will come loose. An example of what you are paying for, low cost, low quality switches EDIT: Another thing I noticed with these switches is that the switch body is not securely attached to the threaded shaft. The switch body rotates a little Switches hold body, tightening the nut on the front makes the case very loose. I'm not sure how long these switches will last. I won't put them in anything really important.

Pros
  • Diameter of fastening thread: 6 mm / 0.24 in; Voltage and current: 6A 125V AC
Cons
  • Slightly torn

I've built many project boxes with switches over the decades, but I've never worked with switches worse. The quality is terrible. There were so many functional flaws in this line of switches; including switches where the toggle switch was stuck and not moving or only moving halfway to a different position, loose terminals that wiggled open or closed when they weren't supposed to, contacts that wouldn't close and didn't open all the time when the switch is moved to a different position. Then…

Pros
  • Toggle Switch Type: SPDT (latched); Position: 2 (on/on) Only one consumer can be switched on at a time.
Cons
  • There are other interesting options.
