We love Gain laundry detergent, fragrance granules and fabric softener. With this box of fabric softener you need to make sure you have enough space for the box to stand on the edge of the washing machine or in a cupboard as you need to keep the filling below the level of the box. The only thing that bothers me is that after about 5 uses the fabric softener clogs the dispenser and I have to clean it.

The product itself is fine. The fabric softener works well, the smell is pleasant, a bit pungent. The packaging doesn't work well. If there is not enough liquid, it will not come out, but "hangs" in the bag. I had to open the box to attach the pouch to allow the fabric softener residue to come out. The same thing happened with the previous purchase, for this reason I will not be buying any more fabric softener in this pack.
