I would say I'm not TOO impressed. Image quality with protection is not very good, fingerprint area is terrible. Comes with two protective sheets for each side. Ease of installation. I accidentally dropped my phone twice and it's not damaged yet.

We have used this brand for all our phones. When I recently got a new phone with a fingerprint scanner, I ordered another screen protector. I should have allowed the fingerprint reader, but it doesn't. I deleted my old fingerprints according to the instructions and tried setting up my fingerprints again after installation but to no avail.

The instructions are so poorly written that they make little sense. I installed it based on previous installs. However, the fingerprint scanner part and the screen protector adhesive were so bad that it turned out to be bad. I recommend another brand until they fix the fingerprint scanner and adhesive issue. Figure 1 is a poor guide trying to explain how to prevent the fingerprint reader from fogging up as shown in Figure 2.

You changed the shading or thickness of the fingerprint scanner on the home screen. When you look at your photos, you see this lighter circle in the center of all your photos. Very distracting. I've often been asked "why is there a circle in your picture?" This lighter circle should allow the fingerprint scanner to work. I've given up using fingerprint unlocking as it's unreadable most of the time. I've been trying to get used to it for two weeks, but I'll be back.

I managed to install it cleanly and line it up perfectly, but the edges are peeling off even after holding it for several minutes of learning. Touch sensitivity is reduced, but the decision to enable high sensitivity also seems to reduce accuracy. I don't recommend it - although that's not the manufacturer's fault. Blame it on the Note 20's curved glass. Stick to flexible screen protectors - they're not as good as Hits, but a lot more comfortable to use and don't get in the way.

Previously bought a TPU case which basically ripped in a few months and found it pretty useless as a 'protective' phone case. This time I decided that glass would be a better fit for the task. It's not very scary if you just open your phone, but it's unacceptable if you use fingerprint verification for sensitive applications like banking and credit cards. I used to buy this brand for my other phones and liked them before. But now the quality of the protective film has greatly deteriorated. My fingerprints and dirt are incredibly difficult to wipe off. This keeps my screen looking dirty. The phone's actual screen quality will be affected when the protective film is activated.
