I normally carry my gun in a leg holster, but in order to complete the tactical pistol course I had to get a belt holster and, of course, a carrying strap. Exactly what was needed: strong, just the right depth, strong enough to hold everything firmly in place. Excellent quality belt, well made. Nice and sturdy for a holster. I love that the leather wraps around the buckle and is attached with large rivets. The belt is not as long as it should be. I wear 36" pants and ordered a 40" belt but so far I only have a second hole. I should have ordered 42 or 44 inches.

This is my second sling of this type. I have the same one in brown that I bought 9 months ago. Scores high for a dress/work belt. Very nice smooth leather and clean professional nickel plated buckle. It starts to develop wrinkles where you attach it, but I think it happens with any skin. It's fairly stiff, but still sags a bit when using a heavy weapon. Although expensive initially, Galco belts offer high quality and durability with beautiful leather, quality construction and (and interchangeable) buckles.
