Excellent product. I bought two and used them for several meetings. They don't leak, the spout runs smoothly, the wide opening makes them easy to clean and they look great. The large capacity means I don't usually have to fill it up during parties. When installing, the spout can easily be overtightened, which can cause a crack in the glass. The finger clip is tight enough not to leak.

Terrible. Place the faucet part according to the instructions without being tight/loose. I've brewed tea in non-traditional pots to cool it down. Then they are poured into a glass alternately warm and cold for you to taste. Started cold as glass behaves strangely when heated. I've had this jar for a few months now and it's been great. I only use it to brew kombucha. There were no leaks or problems with hot and cold liquids.
