Nothing unusual, a normal product.

The watch was taken as a good fitness tracker to replace the old jawbone up24. First of all, I was interested in the possibility of using it in the pool. I’ll say this right away: complete disappointment, they measure the distance incorrectly, and no matter how 10 m per session is an error. Double the distance with the crawl. Having climbed the forums, the error is often encountered, we must wait for an ate. the clock stupidly cannot understand when the movement began in the other direction…

Pros
  • The battery is durable; 2-3 days easy to pull shape - can be worn with normal clothes, does not look like "I'm on a run now" Great mobile statistics app
Cons
  • Cant with distance measurement in the pool; The first 10 minutes incorrectly read the pulse during cardio; There are not enough sports for sports watches, it would be better if they removed golf and added skates! The screen pisses me off, like a return to the phone from the 2022s

Not my best purchase, you could have found something else.

I would like a speed dial button for the selected contact. In general - you can live. The price is such that it is not a pity to drown. And sometimes I wanted to drown, especially when I tried to dial SMS). I was looking for a more expensive one, but so that you can receive SMS and calls and, if necessary, call. As a second phone for when you need to be on the light and for messages from payment systems. They do not have an Internet - it is more difficult to hack remotely. Turned on…

Pros
  • not immediately but still receives calls and sms The design is better than for children. The strap is pleasant to the touch. Price. If something happens three times less pitiful than another Chinese counterpart.
Cons
  • texting is very difficult. despite the disconnected connection to the main phone and the disabled bluetooth, even 5 calls to the phone (3 time views and 2 short calls) hold the battery for a maximum of 2 days It takes a long time to receive SMS, probably the network does not catch well

What did I pay for? This product is a failure.

Reviews are not published on the official Garmin website. Shame on the clock. I like them very much. When choosing a watch, a weighty argument for me was precisely the period of operation of the watch without recharging. Very disappointed. I do not recommend buying anything from this company, although before that I was an ardent supporter of garmin (there are 4 garmin devices in the family) and I recommended them to all my friends and acquaintances. Judging by the comments on the Internet, this

Pros
  • I really like the watch, the ability to send quick messages from the watch, garmin pay, water resistance, bright design.
Cons
  • Garmin marketers have programmed the watch so that exactly one year after purchase (as soon as the warranty ends), the battery will quickly discharge. For a day and a half with the heart rate monitor turned off, the clock is discharged to 0, instead of the prescribed week in normal mode. Sounds like Apple's policy of planned obsolescence. In general, get ready that as soon as the warranty ends, your watch will turn into a pumpkin.

I am very upset and the product is no good.

You can say whatever you want about fitness programs, but when a watch for 300 bucks cannot provide a normal user-friendly interface for setting them up from a smartphone, and in addition to everything, it cannot send a heart rate to the aggregator, which is the default in all androids - this is some nonsense. For the first time in my life, I returned the device not because of technical characteristics, but because of simply terrible software.

Pros
  • Beautiful. Good screen.
Cons
  • The hardware is great, but the software makes me want to bang my head against the wall. ate the clock through the application on the phone - no, they have not heard. Plug in the cable, download the application, and of course it is not available for Linux, and ate it. The program will still be stupid, yes. Do you want a new watchface? Wait 5-8 minutes for Garmin Connect to download it to your watch. Oh, you have the USA region and by mistake the watch is not set to the metric system? No, ticking the app on your phone is for losers. The phone is configured in which units it shows only the mobile application, and in the watch separately look for the section with units. We will log the heart rate and the number of steps, but send only steps to Google Fit, and admire the heart rate exclusively in Garmin Connect. Are your Google Fit activities submitted by other apps? Well, sorry, Garmin Connect won't see them. In Garmin Connect, you can’t figure it out without half a liter at all. Where is the button in the mobile application that I want to remove some program from the watch? Why is integration better with Apple Health than with Google Fit? To top it all, I pissed off the charging cable, which is stuck into the watch with quite a lot of effort, while on the same Pebble Time there was a convenient magnetic charging that excluded mechanical damage to the port.

A reliable product, quality is acceptable.

I chose between Polar V800 and Garmin Vivoactive 3 for a long time. The discount turned out to be the decisive factor. I took it with a Garmin HRM Premium heart rate monitor (it is important to control the pulse). I did not immediately notice that the connection with the monitor was being lost, since I did not turn off the wrist heart rate monitor. I put it on exactly according to the instructions (it is very clear and simple), but the watch loses its connection. I took it to the store, the…

Pros
  • It looks stylish, weighs little, the screen is bright. For running trainings (especially interval and long ones) are very convenient.
Cons
  • It connects to the phone only with good internet, bluetooth is not enough. The menu is not intuitive, it takes time to get used to. But maybe this is due to the fact that this is the first watch and I have little experience. Addition - on the treadmill does not quite correctly understand the distance, you have to calibrate. Otherwise, it shows the pace at the level of a master of sports :( or vice versa it underestimates - 1 km in 10 minutes :( Passed floors also considers it strange - one day in Hong Kong I traveled a lot on escalators in the subway - so they counted 26 floors. ate 05.072022 - I'm changing my rating. The pulse sensor in the store was replaced, everything was working well. I ran a total of about 600 km, several races - everything is clear. You can ignore the floors, as Andrew rightly wrote, we will consider this a joke. Everything else is ok. If only the software for the phone was written normal.

Wearable Technology Disappointment

This was my first Garmin purchase and I was excited to try it as I received rave reviews from Garmin watch owners. What was most disappointing was the weak battery. I use it to track my workouts for an hour 5 times a week and I don't track my sleep with this watch. Battery was dead after 3 days. The heart rate monitor is worse than my former Apple Watch. Syncing with your iPhone is only possible if you physically open and sync the app. This is very frustrating for Apple users as a smartwatch…

Replacement for Forerunner 230

I've only had it a few days so can't say much about its durability but so far so good. I'm an average runner, so most smartwatches and GPS watches look huge on me. I wanted to use my Forerunner 230 as a smartwatch, but it was so big it was uncomfortable to wear during the day. The va3 really piqued my interest as it looks a lot more reasonable in size and I love that you can swap out the strap for any standard 20mm strap! I also tried the va3 music version but was disappointed by the fact that…

Big and chunky in wearable technology

I switched from VivoActive to VivoAcice3. I wish I didn't have it. I don't like how big and heavy the 3 is. I also have to lock the screen because it's so sensitive to everything. The battery life is not as great as the original. I know part of it is the heart rate monitor. I turned off the heart rate monitor and that improved battery life, but I don't feel like the watch isn't as accurate when it's turned off. The battery life of the original is around 7 days, while the battery life of this…

Practical for outdoor activities

TLDR; Recommended for outdoor activity tracking, maybe not the right choice if you're more concerned with smartwatch functionality or sleep tracking. I recently took up jogging and decided to reward my progress with a fitness tracker so I can track my runs outdoors. . This watch meets my needs perfectly. I use my phone for music anyway (leggings or joggers with pockets) so I didn't have to buy the music version and I don't regret it. You can still control your phone's music on the watch face…

Good, beautiful watch, but there are also flaws

I really like the look of this watch so I was initially interested. In terms of features, there are both good and bad aspects compared to my old Fitbit. On a good note, I like the dials a lot more. In general there are a lot more settings available and I like that I can choose what suits me. As for the bad, I'm pretty tech savvy, but it took me a while to figure out how to check my notifications. Also, the application often freezes. Battery life seems pretty similar between the two. Maybe…

I love love love this watch!

Some of the reviews scared me but I decided to submit them all anyway. Я получил белый и золотой, и это I keep getting compliments, I've had them for 4 months now and the group is still white! I bought glass screen protectors which are essential if you don't want to scratch your new watch (you can see in my photo I scratched the one I have). The watch's GPS typically loads in less than a minute and seems fairly accurate, but when I run a route (of which I know the exact distance) things get a…

Already completed 2 triathlons and everything is good!

The only thing I don't like is that I bought it at full price and it's been on sale ever since :( Otherwise looks fantastic, works as expected. Handles some commands a bit slow but 99% I previously had a Garmin Forerunner 735 watch but gave it to my husband (who loves it) I like this watch better although it doesn't have an open swim or triathlon mode I've completed 2 triathlons with this watch and I Don't miss the 735 at all except for open water swimming but that wasn't as important as the…
