Everything in the purchase suits, a very necessary product.

If you are terminally ill with cycling, then this is the best thing you have seen. When cycling for 30 hours, it is enough just to recharge, for example, during a snack. And continuously for 22 hours is enough. At -20°C, mounted on the steering wheel, it works as if nothing had happened. Measures slopes. With runs over 250 km, a very important function. If your mileage is less than 3-4 thousand per year, then this may be an irrational purchase. You can install additional applications through…

Pros
  • Works in frost, rain, fog, bright sunny day
Cons
  • In big cities near bridges, in the center with dense buildings, the signal may disappear. When calculating the route for 100 km, it takes a long time. It seems that you can upload it through Strava to simplify it, but I have not figured it out yet.

Seems to work well in GPS, finders and accessories

I've been trying out golf apps on my phone and sometimes they were accurate, sometimes they were off by 10 yards or more. The Garmin Approach G30 seems to be much more accurate on the laps I've used it on. There have only been two laps so far, but I scored more points in both laps, partly because I believed the distance was right.

Pros
  • Sturdy construction
Cons
  • Only available in white

Garmin not compatible with Google Pixel

I ordered the Garmin approach because it was compact and said it would connect to my smartphone. After numerous attempts to pair my phone with my Pixel, I finally called Garmin Support. They informed me that Garmin is not compatible with Google phones. I wish this was listed on Revain before I bought the unit. Now I have a device that only does half of what was claimed.

Pros
  • Dope 🔥
Cons
  • low maintainability

Good little device for playing on the course

This is my third Garmin golf device. It's just as accurate as my others, just as easy to use, and the small size, along with a belt clip, makes it easy to carry on the trail. The remaining units either had to be left in the cart or put in a bag. I really like this one, plus it doesn't require a battery change every third time it's used. Now I can get 5-6 ammo without reloading! No replacement!

Pros
  • Very good price
Cons
  • Long delivery time

Excellent device - broken

I like the size of the device. Accuracy. The ribbon is very beautiful. The touchscreen is a love-hate relationship. I like that he has it. But even when using the belt clip, I accidentally touch the screen and suddenly the GPS is in a different hole. There's a way to turn off the touchscreen functionality - and that's what kept the device useful. Scoring is not integrated with progression from one hole to the next, so using data entry for scoring is too tedious when the screen lock is on.

Pros
  • Test for one year
Cons
  • Slightly dented

Good GPS navigator; terrible clip!

I have been using Garmin Golf GPS units since I started playing golf. The G30 is beautiful, portable and easy to use on the golf course. It's legible and accurate. The touchscreen gets a bit sensitive at times; The display changes with barely a touch. Getting it back to where you were isn't always easy (you have to hold the back arrow). The included belt clip is either poorly designed or poorly made; hard to get out of the clamp and hard to put back in. I dropped my GPS twice on the fairways…

Pros
  • Slim design
Cons
  • No instructions

Junk on Sports & Handheld GPS

Received a few days ago and used for the first time today. Fully charged. No problem. Connected to my smartphone. It worked fine. Connected to my computer and updated. No problem. During the round he continued to sleep. Had to restart several times which meant I couldn't wait. Just had to try. Every time I restarted, I had to choose a course again. All the points I entered are gone. I had to re-enter them. The final hole was a par 3 over water and it almost went in the water because I was so…

Pros
  • Stylish and modern design
Cons
  • Some cons

Not as good as the G6 approach

I recently bought a G30 to replace my G6 which I have been using for over 10 years. The battery just wouldn't hold a charge, and even after replacing it, I still had trouble recharging it mid-round. While the G30 has most of the same features, what I miss most is that it just tracks your hole score. You no longer have to keep track of the number of putts or fairway hits. Downloading the app to your phone allows you to track these stats, but constantly toggling back and forth between your phone…

Pros
  • Great for me
Cons

Upgrade from the G10, and oh my, that's an improvement. It takes a short time to find the satellite and then your course is right there. Much, much faster than the G10 and the battery lasts much longer, which seems odd given it's in colour. The intuitive interface makes it much easier to use than the G10's buttons. Another plus is that you can tap the hole number in the top left and a screen will appear so you can quickly jump to another hole if it's off or you just want to see another. The G10

Pros
  • Decent performance
Cons
  • Discarded

Today I played my first round with the Approach G30. It started up quickly and immediately recognized the field I was playing on, but it took 2-3 attempts to establish a satellite lock, possibly due to clouds and fog. It took a few holes to get used to how to properly navigate all the options for scoring, putting, hitting the fairway and then moving on to the next hole. People with big fingers will likely have trouble navigating this device as it is even smaller than I expected. My previous…
