The second one I've bought. They offer a much better view than the stem-mounted base that comes with the Edge and are in a better position for button access. After all, the straps included with the original are stretched and the device moves at the touch of a button. With this bracket this problem is solved. It requires a little more torque to install and remove the Edge from the mount, but it eases off with use.

I really like my Garmin Edge 520 Plus and love the included mount that places it in front of my handlebars so I can see it while riding. This handlebar mount doesn't fit well on my Garmin Edge 1000 which is quite long and heavy. I find this mount barely fits my Edge 1000 right in front of my vape. My Edge 1000 hits the front stem mounting bolts when trying to use the 1/4 turn mount. I have to tilt the bracket down slightly from the stem angle to mount the Edge 1000. Also, due to the Edge 1000's weight, the mount was constantly sliding and rotating downward. I was so frustrated with the mount slipping that I rotated it so it was…

NOT durable. 32 days after receipt and 2 days after the Revain return expiration date, the plastic on the swivel mount broke. He made 7 rides, 16.35 hours and less than 268 miles on paved roads and bike lanes, with one of the ears holding the computer cracked. Luckily, I noticed that it wobbled before collapsing completely, dropping my Garmin computer onto the pavement. Recommend another brand.
