Does mostly what it says on the tin

After 2 weeks of use I can confirm that based on the specs and reviews it works more or less as expected. I'm a runner and I purposely run several times a week and this watch has all the features I need plus a few more that are just nice. I upgraded from a FR 230 with a chest strap (which is why I always regretted not buying the 235) and the 230 has almost all the features I really need, but the 645 has some nice features like more performance data notifications ( when moving between heart rate
