Great quality for GPS navigators

I am very happy with my HRM running bracelet, it arrived on time and you can always expect good things from GARMIN, this was no exception

Pros
  • Pleasant to use
Cons
  • Ugly packaging

Better, but it still crashes.

Still seems to be losing touch with Garmin watches. Follow the instructions to pre-wet the chest band. Cannot provide consistent BPM data to display for the entire run of approximately 60 minutes.

Pros
  • Decent performance
Cons
  • Modern

Only worked 1.5 months.

Worked perfectly for 1.5 months and then stopped. At that time I was training three times a week. I've followed all the troubleshooting steps provided by Garmin and it still doesn't work. It was comfortable.

Pros
  • A sea of positive emotions
Cons
  • A few little things

heart rate monitor is good for sport and wearable gps

I still use 920XT and 520+ on my bike. Some of my workouts are HR based so I have to wear HRM. I just put it on in the shower after a workout and either wash it off or wash it off. I seem to get 12-16 months away from these things no matter how I feel about it. I use it an average of six days a week.

Pros
  • cool product
Cons
  • looks

Rarely seen on Fenix 3 or Peloton

The connection is very superficial. I often have to park the bike and watch myself pick it up. I bought it for my wife and it rarely works that she doesn't even use it. I would probably go with the Peloton HRM and/or Wahoo as they seem less "restricted" than the Garmin.

Terrible, doesn't connect in any activity mode

Brand new, ready to use. For some reason it will connect in my house. As soon as I go for a run, it no longer connects. I tried contacting Garmin but I might as well fuck myself because they said they don't know why it's crashing. I've tried 2 different Garmin watches and they both do the same thing. Screw that heart rate monitor, don't buy it, consider ditching Garmin altogether.

Pros
  • Weight
Cons
  • Slightly wrinkled

A great tool to add metrics to your run

If you have a Garmin fenix 3 HR watch or higher, you already have a heart rate monitor on your wrist. However, this heart rate strap offers a more accurate measurement because it reads directly from the heart. In addition, while wearing the belt, other important and interesting metrics such as cadence, ground contact time, etc. are recorded. It's important to have a clear idea of how your run is performing.

Pros
  • Stylish and modern design
Cons
  • There are other interesting options.

Good for first 3 months, then becomes rubbish

What I like: (1) Unmatched accuracy (2) Excellent running dynamics like ground contact time (GCT), vertical oscillation, etc. But to be honest, these features are for already overkill for the average athlete like me. (3) Connects easily to my Garmin Fenix 6X Sapphire. What I hate: (1) Only good for 3 months until there are quality issues. You see, my thong snapped in half through no fault of my own. That's not the quality I'd expect from a $100 heart rate monitor, knowing that there are a lot…

Pros
  • Easy setup
Cons
  • Weight
