What I like: (1) Unmatched accuracy (2) Excellent running dynamics like ground contact time (GCT), vertical oscillation, etc. But to be honest, these features are for already overkill for the average athlete like me. (3) Connects easily to my Garmin Fenix 6X Sapphire. What I hate: (1) Only good for 3 months until there are quality issues. You see, my thong snapped in half through no fault of my own. That's not the quality I'd expect from a $100 heart rate monitor, knowing that there are a lot of cheaper heart rate straps on the market waiting for blood to pour out of the stone. See I spend a lot of money to call their hotline and then push a few buttons to get to an account manager only to find ours I had to wait 30-45 minutes. I've been on hold for 8 calls. You see, you can't even email them, you have to contact their customer service hotline. Annoying as hell. Now I don't know how to contact these guys.
