Replacement for 2014 Chevy Cruze

I have a 2014 Chevy Cruze LTZ where I replaced the speakers and added noise cancellation. When I removed the panels, I broke a few of them, particularly on the A-pillar. It was great to have spares on hand to replace when I go to ensure a good fit.

Door sills Ford F-150 2011-14

Very close to the door sills which are known to rust. You'll find these OEM clamps are molded from yellow silicone that's exposed to the elements under the truck. One of mine was completely covered in rust and that was the only thing keeping him grounded.

Cons
  • Socket required.

Worked on a 2005 Chevy Silverado

I used this to replace broken clips on an interior trim that goes under the rear window (behind the seat in a regular cab). I removed this panel to replace the speakers and a couple broke off. They work just like the factory. The tip looks shorter but only on the pinched part which doesn't really help to hold the clamp.

Cons
  • Minor issues

I wanted to see them because mine were missing.

I wanted to check them out because mine was missing the knee roll (panel under the steering wheel) on my 2003 GMC 2500HD. I was struggling to find the right ones, so I tried these. They fit there perfectly, and so do other dashboards. I wanted to post the truck guy because I was having a hard time finding him and if anyone else had the same issue with the same truck I was hoping to save them some time.

Cons
  • Don't really like it, everything is fine

Works as advertised

I'm glad third party companies like this continue to make parts for older well built cars that are not supported by the original manufacturer. I'm sick of the "planned obsolescence policy" that forces consumers to buy new products long before the current product expires in terms of service. Old trucks, when well built, still offer near perfect service, and yet they are not serviced by manufacturers who now produce junk that averages $60,000 new. Thanks Clipsandfasteners.

Cons
  • Older model

Exactly what I needed.

I tested these clips at 5 different local auto repair shops. None of them told them all to go to the dealer. Then I did a search and found it within seconds. I had to change a little bit each of them I used, but in general they work very well. What I changed is they have these little gripping tips. I had to straighten them out a bit to get them in position on the A-pillar upholstery. Otherwise it was too tight and tried to damage the plastic they were held in. I recommend them if you need to…
