It works just fine on my review.

I saw references to unusual packaging looking like it had been opened. But when I examined mine, I found that they had packaged it with extra layers of tape intentionally to secure the saw from damaging the package. The rope is for a short pole perhaps 12'. Mine is expandable to 26' and requires an extra length added. Otherwise, the pruner works fine, and I wanted one with the 4 pully wheels for extra strength. It would only mount on the last extension piece which is slightly smaller than all…

  • Had the pole, cutter works great. Nice and sturdy.

Works well as intended

Attached this using an 18 ft paint pole and trimmer about 20 fruit trees, stayed sharp and worked well for small branches, for 1/2 inch branches using a slow multiple pull and release approach works. Overall worked very well. I have not used this on hardwoods such as Oak

  • As advertised. I attached it to a 20 foot painters pole with some modifying to the pole.
Cons
  • The fruit picker harvester does not securely hold onto fruits, causing them to fall off during the picking process

Very very sharp cutting surfaces

Added this to my 26ft pole saw to have the pruner option. The saw blade cuts better than the original and the pruner cuts better than my Fiskars titanium cutter. This is a great upgrade to my pole saw.

4 wheels pruning head

The head is heavier than I thought. Also, the nylon rope is already looks it is fraying. My old pulley was a heavy rope. That held up since the 90’s. Only the spring broke on it and the blade was very worn. I would not recommend it.
