What I received was not in the packaging, the material was thicker, slightly darker than gray and smelled after mechanical oil.(I'm glad I kept the damaged original oil for comparison.) This product looked suspiciously like the gaskets/washers sold at my hardware stores which I didn't want to buy because of the smell and the dangers of harmful chemicals were warned .DO NOT BUY THIS for a blender with an O-ring.

COMPLETELY FUCKING ADVERTISEMENT as these rings and also the milkshake blade are on the website together with the Oster BLSTVB-RV0-000 VERSA Pro Performance Blender with 1400W Rammer, BLSTVB-RV0, BLSTVB -RV0, a milkshake blade was recommended. Nowhere is it said that the blade section is permanently attached to the container and cannot be removed to replace the ring or blades. I am very angry with this scam and have found that I cannot return these items leaving over $200 wasted money!
