If you have a threaded pipe that cannot leak, buy this tape. I've used it with jet fuel and diesel fuel for years, and it's the only one I'll be using anymore. everything else flows without pressure, and this fabric withstands the pressure even when not tightened with a wrench.

This product is a big improvement over standard white silicon strap. Much thicker and designed to work with stainless steel threads. This product may be pricey, but if you want a drip-free connection for the first time, it's perfect. I used standard white silicone strap on 1" stainless steel hardware and 1" brass hardware. Drops could not be stopped. After ordering and installing high density tape. Problem solved.
