The Gatco towel rail was packaged very well and was easy to assemble. The size corresponds to the description, takes up minimal space in the bathroom. I bought this to replace another towel rail that had broken welds and the "arms" fell off. Time will tell if my Gatco replacement will outlast the weld's durability. I would give this product five stars but the color (as you can see in the comparison photo of my old towel rail vs the new Gatco rail) is not real oiled bronze. It has a silvery tint
