Using a 180 degree thermostat in a small jeep with a plow. Airflow is blocked by the plow, so 180 degrees helps. Not the best warmth when it's really cold. Good quality.

This item was placed in a small block 283 for a 1965 Studebaker Commander. This is a new type of thermostat that worked great once installed. I only used it to warm up the engine and make sure it opened properly, but it worked right at the 180 degree point. Great article by Gates, once again.
