🔥 Gates 33259 OE Type Engine Coolant Thermostat: Superior Performance and Fitment Review

Automotive enthusiasts know that a good thermostat is the difference between a cool, smooth ride and a hot, frustrating one. When I tried this product, I found it to be reliable and perfectly suited for my vehicle. The installation was simple, and my engine is now running cooler and smoother than ever before. The only downside is that it's a bit pricier than some other options, but in my opinion, it's definitely worth the investment.

I bought this thermostat for my 1984 Chevy S10 with a 2.8 liter V-6 engine. It fits perfectly and opens exactly when it's supposed to. Replaced my original thermostat that stopped working.

Anyone who has disassembled this thermostat will know that the standard thermostat has an o-ring around the diameter of the center "wings" that fits into the thermostat housing. This is exactly what is pictured and I can't believe Gates would ship a product that doesn't support plug and play. Just using this thermos without buying a big set of O-rings or gluing RTV around all the edges and leaving it for 6 hours will cause leakage and overheating. Luckily I have <3 goals otherwise I would…
