After a month of use. The problem came back it stayed open I had to buy another one not sure if I had a bad batch but my return window has expired and I only had the products a little over a month and they broke

This thermostat opens at 75°C (167°F). The product description says 170f/77c, which is a bit misleading. Most thermostats open at 95º Celsius (200º Fahrenheit). I bought this because I will be using my car at 12,000 feet above sea level where the water boils at 87º Celsius (189º Fahrenheit). The fit was perfect for my 2005 Honda Pilot LX, overall quality looks good but I can't say if it will last long as I only replaced it a few weeks ago.
