The computer broke after only 4 months.

I bought this gateway for my wife at the end of April 2021. She really liked it because it wasn't touchscreen, but she started using it after a few months. The computer tries to start for 4 months, but then shuts down. I would expect a computer that has only been used 4 months to be able to run for years instead of months. I do not recommend buying this computer!

Really a bad buy for what is in the description!

The laptop is broken , the internet doesn't stay connected, and all the free routes say you can't use them because you've already used them! There was a spare and there was a blue screen of death on startup. There is NO program to help you get to Windows 10! Please don't buy this, it's terrible. They refuse to give you a Revain gift card, only a refund to your card!

Third-party sale does not make sense if

This computer was purchased 3 months ago and was Aptio Utility mode has not changed. Ask third parties for help and they won't fix the problems. There was a 5-year insurance for this computer. Thank you Revain for making your customers happy.
