I was very happy with my new laptop, but then I realized that the AC adapter was not included. I'm really frustrated now and don't know where to go from here. (Update) Hot Tech Geek was very helpful and answered my question almost immediately. I recommend the seller but not the product.

Not worth the money I paid for it. Remember they are not brand new. Less than a month later I had to take it to my computer to have it repaired because I couldn't update the required updates and run a backup. So I have to completely erase and disassemble the computer to restore it in order for it to work properly. There was also no latest version of Windows because the updates didn't work. 😕

The included floppy disk drive isn't even the right size to plug into a USB port. No touchscreen but that could be my fault, I didn't see that in the description. I wanted a touch screen.

Remember, it doesn't come with Office. The fan is so loud that Teams calling requires the computer to connect external speakers. The keyboard is crisp and overall chunky and clunky despite its thinness. I regret this purchase.

The high performance version of the memory on this computer is great and allows you to keep a lot of tabs open and multitask fairly easily, but you hear sound when you zoom in when the fan kicks in.
