mixed results with this

I've used this gator tape on a lot of old wood steps. Sometimes it works great but freezes while others not so much. For the best results you should clean your steps really well and dry them beforehand. It can also be good to sand the finish to get to the wood, otherwise the glue won't stick. Additionally, being in the Northwest with a lot of humidity in the air does not promote adhesive adhesion. They work great until the glue starts to fit. Tape manufacturer saves cuts. CHINZIG!

I have not used the product but the company that makes it advertises it as 60 feet long and they put an inch too short. I planned a pass for 24 inch strips; bought a 60 foot roll and cut strips EXACTLY 24 inches long [using the 1 inch lines on the paper side]. I have 29 two foot strips and one 23 inch strip. Planning for 30 lanes. Shame on the Incom Manufacturing Group for selling the short tape. Really chinzy on your part. Now I need to buy a 15ft roll to finish my stretch.

I bought this product knowing it was a protective tape but I knew the adhesion coefficient would be really good. I cut off a few small pieces to wrap around my neck and after that I can raise my legs and not have to work. to keep them on track. The traction the band provides is like glue as I don't have to strain to keep my legs from…
