🐴 Nylon Breakaway Halter by Gatsby Review

A good halter that will break if your horse gets into trouble. They are really big, even though they were set as small as possible, they were too big for my QH mare's head. However, it fits my large app/walker a little better. He's got a pretty big snout.

This is HUGE. I selected horse size and with all settings all the way down it is still too big for my horse. He's absolutely average, nowhere near small, and has never had a problem with oversized "horse-sized" items. Plus, it's a great little reason to show up. Nothing durable, exceptionally well made, high quality or outstanding. but good for $15.

This halter is exactly what I was hoping for! Not only does it fit my Shire gelding, who is sometimes a bit stiff due to his big head, but it also looks great. The stitching on the nylon is very strong and the leather crown is more attractive and of higher quality than I expected. I bought a halter for towing and emergencies and although it would only be a cheap halter it has already earned its place in clinics and everyday use.
