Ideal for motorcycles and power sports

Good direct replacement. Installed with no problems. First, make sure you insert the rubber gasket without the gauge assembly. Come right in.

Pros
  • Quality construction
Cons
  • Almost everything is fine

Precise Fit 2000 Artic Cat Green 500 Automatic Transmission

Easy to install, install the gasket in the tank, put a drop of engine oil on the gasket and the gauge will click into place. This is the correct length for this tank and the gauge will be full when the tank is full.

Pros
  • Superb Design
Cons
  • Capacity

Replaced on an Arctic Cat 400 ATV

Replaced an old cracked fuel gauge on a 2003 Arctic Cat 400 4x4 ATV. Took 2 minutes to swap out. Pull out the old one, put the rubber gasket in the fuel tank and push the pressure gauge in. Easy repair and good replacement.

Pros
  • Dope 🔥
Cons
  • High Price

Orientation - Motorcycles and Power Sports

This replacement fits well and won't leak even after bumps up and down. Be sure to align the sensor with the first quarter turn of the screw. And lightly lubricate the entire seal. If rotated after the gasket is in place, leakage may occur. The warmer the better.

Pros
  • Sleek Design
Cons
  • Crumpled

Factory Part, Not Fake

Exactly what came in my ATV originally. Delivered insanely fast. expensive for what it is but sealed my tank. Pull the seal under the lip. apply silicone and spit out. Insert gauge into tank and press gasket into seat on tank, then press gauge into gasket. maybe a little twisting motion and it snaps into place. If you leave the gasket on top of the gauge and try to just push it in, it will keep popping out and potentially damaging the gasket.

Pros
  • An Absolute Legend
Cons
  • Hard to Tell

Have PITA but need better parts

for installation. BTW, installing the ArcticCat and MFR gaskets was horribly painful due to tight tolerances (lack of smoke - I found that out and appreciate it). WD40 may have helped, but what a pain! And on the second try I discovered that one of the plastic towers was broken. JB Weld to the rescue! Overall this is a **light block** with lots of plastic parts. Concentrate on the game and what you're doing, or you can head south if you don't know.

Pros
  • Delivery was very fast
Cons
  • Old PITA

Good replacement for the original pressure gauge

This is an exact replacement for the original pressure gauge. Note that when installing, first peel off the rubber gasket around the gauge and place it on top of the gas canister, then insert the gauge into the gasket until it is properly seated. If you try to fit the whole block with a gasket around the gauge, it won't fit on the tank. It's a nice tight fit. Just install the gasket first.

Pros
  • Comfortable to use
Cons
  • Low repairability
