I recently bought a new Fitbit Charge 4. My last Fitbit strap was replaced with a mesh strap which started peeling out of my skin so I didn't have to use it anymore. The first reaction when I received this was that the design was light gray which is what I thought. It's okay, but I was expecting it to be darker. The second reaction was that the band is significantly narrower than my original Fitbit band, as you can see in the attached image.
