The first reaction when I received this was that the design was light gray which is what I thought. It's okay, but I was expecting it to be darker. The second reaction was that the band is significantly narrower than my original Fitbit band, as you can see in the attached image. I think it's on me for assuming the width would be the same as the original without checking. That's probably my biggest criticism, because in that respect it's more feminine than I'd like. My final concern was that I couldn't get the strap securely into my watch initially, so it would just pop out if I tugged at all. After a few tries I finally snapped it on and it's been secure for a few hours now. Hoping it lasts. The overall quality seems pretty good and the material is very comfortable, much more comfortable than the original Fitbit strap material.
