I am using this fan for cold smoke assembly. The adjustable speed gives me good control over the airflow and allows me to smoke cheese and chocolate with a chamber temperature as low as 70 degrees. Time will tell how long this lasts as he draws thin smoke through the fan for hours. Satisfied so far.

Can be turned off if the speed is not too high, the higher the speed the louder it will be, it works great for a DIY fan or as an extra fan for your xbox, ps4 gaming needs , sound system etc. very satisfied, only criticism is that the speed switch switches to low speed if you do not turn it far enough after turning it on, the fan does not rotate or move, but draws current to the motor can cause the motor to burn out , I don't know, but it wasn't low enough to test it yet.

Bought to circulate air in my keezer, can be heard from the outside and only runs on medium settings. I'm also pretty sure it's not crashing or broken.

The fan was installed above the ventilation slots of the surround receiver. Excellent fan. It comes with a hollow jack receiver which is perfect for my application but can also be easily removed and plugged into any 12V source. It's quiet and I was pleasantly surprised at how powerful it is for its size and low power consumption. Definitely recommend!
