I purchased this product to provide caller ID for an old speakerphone that I really like. And I had no problems with the main functionality. That is, on the second call, information about the caller is displayed. It also has another benefit that I didn't think of when I bought it: it displays the exact date and time, which is synced with every call. This is a watch that needs no adjustment. At first the caller ID window seemed to work fine. I particularly liked the redial function. However, people told me that they tried to call me earlier but got my fax machine. The thing is, I don't have a fax machine. I dismissed it as strange but then a friend called me on my cell phone and said he had been trying to get my regular phone all day but it was busy.
