does not fit incandescent bulbs

The best I can say about these bulbs is that they actually work with a dimmer. But their performance leaves much to be desired. I found that I had to turn the dimmer all the way down to turn the lights on and then slowly turn them back on to dim them. The dimming effect is non-linear; in other words if you start turning the dimmer up or down the brightness will reach a certain point and then stay at the same level until the dimmer is turned/moved much further and then it suddenly jumps up and…

This is BULBS

What can I say? It's BULBS for Pete. Well, they are easy to install with a simple clockwise twist of the wrist. They fit superbly, with the perfect neck size to snuggle up to an inexpensive ceiling light. They glow brightly when the switch is on and turn off as soon as the switch is turned to the off position. I had incandescent lamps in stock about 10 years ago when they were still easily available because energy-saving lighting options at the same time everyone had defects that I didn't want to deal with.
