The best I can say about these bulbs is that they actually work with a dimmer. But their performance leaves much to be desired. I found that I had to turn the dimmer all the way down to turn the lights on and then slowly turn them back on to dim them. What can I say? It's BULBS for Pete. Well, they are easy to install with a simple clockwise twist of the wrist. They fit superbly, with the perfect neck size to snuggle up to an inexpensive ceiling light. They glow brightly when the switch is on and turn off as soon as the switch is turned to the off position.
