💡 GE Lighting Reveal 53W A19 Light Bulb, 790 Lumens, Medium Base, 4-Pack Review

I understand they can't sell original Reveal bulbs for energy efficiency reasons, but I certainly miss them. This is normal, but they are exactly the same as regular white light bulbs.

These are the best colored lamps. I've been desperately trying to find an option with standard tungsten GE reveals. This is a great bridge between them and LEDs and can be used in an enclosed fixture. They don't last as long as they should, hence the two stars.

I'm trying to keep up, but somehow I completely missed (or forgot) the inevitable demise of incandescent - before it was too late to stock up. I try to be "green" whenever possible, but the extreme toxicity of CFLs scares me to death, and I've never found LEDs to be suitable for work or even ambient lighting, in most cases. Not to mention the acquisition costs. So when I needed to replace three 75w incandescent lightbulbs in our guest bathroom I was very happy to find these GE Reveal halogen…
