I had an earlier version of this timer that worked fine for a few years but the timer/starter broke after a while. I bought this (Heavy Duty) hoping it could last longer. The timer/starter hasn't broken after a few months of use, but the timer itself has proven very unreliable. He usually seems to turn things off when he should, but quite often he doesn't turn them back on when he should. Update 10/01/21: I removed this timer after realizing it wasn't working (that was after the return window) and pulled it out last week whereby I forgot the problem. Now it works correctly. I don't know what the problem was, maybe the light I was trying to run with was too strong? Maybe something inside has fallen into place? Whatever it was, it works fine now.
