I've been trying to remove the back cover for three days so I can put the batteries in. I don't even know if the remote control still works. I've never had to fight like this before. Even my husband tried it, and he's a mechanic, but even he couldn't get the back off.

I really need this! I inherited a good TV without a branded remote control. Included was a remote that only turned the TV on and off and increased and decreased the volume. If I had to do anything else, it was impossible. This little gem was very easy to program and had everything needed but WORKS! This remote caused my TV to lose signal. I spent 1.5 hours with Spectrum to fix the problem. I ended up going back to the old remote control. This is an inexpensive product. It works great and is very easy to set up. I have a Westinghouse TV and was a bit concerned it would be difficult to program it, but the first code I tried worked fine.
