GE GE281 Silicone II Kitchen and Bath Sealant, White - 2.8 oz Tube Review

Holds up well in the shower. It dried quickly. It should give a little where the mortar doesn't give. So this is a great product for a shower stall where settling is important.

Just need one product for a small caulking project that is too small to waste on a large pipe. Very disappointed that the order was canceled without a valid reason.

The sealant tube was sealed in the factory packaging but upon inspection the tube was full of holes and leaking. This is not the manufacturer's fault, so I cannot rate the product. The replacement came in perfect condition, no leaks or damage so I used it in the bathroom.

This is a great product which I think will last longer than other brands. You have to be careful not to get your hands on it because anything you touch (e.g. a faucet when you turn it on to wash your hands) will leave residue from where you touched it have touched. There's probably a product that can be flushed out of my faucet, I just didn't check, but I should have been more careful - I'm just used to 'other brands' that flush easier, but they do too doesn't work as well/stick to the same.

Much easier to use than a large caulking gun, especially when caulking tight spots around a sink or tub. I used to use the traditional caulking gun and hose combo and it took forever to load, I couldn't get a steady flow out of the hose and it was just a huge mess. I covered all the edges of the bathtub in about 30 minutes including cleaning with this thing.
