I usually wear a big hat or helmet. It fits snug but covers my head well, from the middle of my eyebrows to my ears. I like that the material fits snugly against the bottom of the ear - this allows you to store the headphones under a bike or motorcycle helmet. does the job. Weight and warmth are somewhere between the thinnest Lycra skull cap and a warmer hat with a thermally brushed interior.

I use it under a motorcycle helmet. It takes up less space than a bandana and is very comfortable. It dangles a bit, but since I shave my head, that's understandable. It seems it absorbs sweat but breathes inside and not very well. It's a bit hot here in Texas, so there's nothing to breathe. But overall I'd say I like it quite a bit. Faster than trying to tie a headscarf and takes up less space in your helmet.

I have a hot spot in one of my helmets. I've tried a number of ways to resolve the issue, including several different skullcaps. It's very comfortable and the seams, which are almost non-existent, run up and down the sides of the forehead instead of across. Long story short, this solved my hotspot problem. In fact, I just ordered a backup that I'll probably use in my other helmet, although it already fits well.

Fits a small head very well. Added slightly more head size for a snug fit under the helmet. Should work as stated in the product description. Stays on head when helmet is removed. The quality is good and looks durable, should hold up to a wash. I would hand wash and air dry it. A bald head should be warmer than a cheap carpet. Didn't find it accumulated under the helmet. Avoid drafts and cold air. ride up!

This is the best motorcycle skull cap I have ever bought. I bought 2 of these and will be ordering more. I wear an XL Shoei helmet. The size is excellent, just a little stretched. The contour of the cap helps keep it in place. This skullcap does not move in the helmet. I had problems when the helmet caps slipped over my eyebrows and irritated me. There are no problems with this skullcap. Its lightweight material does what it's supposed to do to keep moisture away from the helmet liner.

I had the opportunity to wear a hat twice while driving. It fits very well; I have a size 7 1/8 hat and the cap is snug but not tight. I also have a one size Harley Davidson Lycra skull cap with 3/4 inch elastic that is so tight it is too uncomfortable to wear. This cap is made of a heavier material than the HD cap but doesn't feel heavy when wearing it. The thin elastic at the edge of the hat is very comfortable and leaves only a small stripe that quickly disappears when the hat is removed…

Having used this skull cap on a 1,500 mile trip and a separate 2,500 mile trip this summer, here are my thoughts: As you can see in the attached photo, the stitches on the GearTOP skull cap are much thicker than that on the competitor's skullcap. Thick seams don't work well with a properly fitting motorcycle helmet
