Go vert slow - exhaust and emissions

The first time I used this the nut broke. I replaced it with a class 8 nut, walk slowly and don't use the punch. It will not function as a large hydraulic power pack.

Pros
  • Sleek design
Cons
  • I won't say anything

Works but read the reviews.

Well made and stretchy. After reading the reviews and receiving the product, the first thing I did was go to a hardware store and replace the nut with a class 8.

Pros
  • glitter
Cons
  • infinite matte

Well done.: Exhaust and emissions

This one is more reliable than many others I've had in the past. It seems to have a larger diameter range. Remember that this type is only suitable for rounding tubing that has been bent or dented, e.g. B. with a clamp. If you want to stretch your exhaust pipe I do not recommend using this extension.

Pros
  • Not cheap but decent
Cons
  • I'm concerned

Doesn't stand up to basic use.

Like the other reviewers, I made a 2 inch pipe. Pretty quickly I pulled the threads off the cheap nut. I replaced the nut with an Ass hardware nut and was almost done when I heard a huge pop in the pipe and almost broke one of the cones pushing the teeth apart. Nor was it with the use of hand tools.

Pros
  • So far so good
Cons
  • Too long to wait

It's junk - don't buy

Used once as soon as it arrived to open a 2 inch exhaust pipe. It seemed well made and turns easily. Then I heard 2 clicks. To my surprise, 2 of the spreader fingers broke off completely. There was a shave on the third finger, which she was sticking out of and probably also preparing to crack. Is that thing made of cast iron? She comes back for a refund. Oh, and I used a hand wrench, not an impact wrench.

Unique and useful tool

I needed to flare the end of a pipe and this tool was the only way to do it other than a $2000+ machine. A great way to make extended pieces of pipe so you can slide it over another piece to make a connection. I have the more common type of extension tool and the KD product works much better. You'll need a sledgehammer and some elbow grease, but this tool will get the job done very well. It also helps to have a vise designed to help the pipe. This works best if you work slowly with a good…

  • Sad device

Not the product in the photo!

I was looking for the tool shown in the photo and was very disappointed when I opened the box and saw this KD Tools 2071. I need the tool shown in the photo to fix the torch that the pipe is attached to. diverse. I don't see this job as capable. This tool is the same expander you see used everywhere to make slip-fit connections, and the instructions say you have to twist a cone to expand it. The bars that come into contact with the tube are straight and flat, different from what is shown in the

Pros
  • Easy to use
Cons
  • No paint required
