One thing that took me a while to notice is that the rigid support platform underneath the foam is actually horizontal, like a regular stool. When seated, however, it feels like a saddle chair. The platform also wobbles a little, although not noticeably. Mine seems a bit colorless; it is only yellow, not beige. It also arrived with a small hole that appears to have occurred in transit. I am in dire need of a chair that will accommodate my back after years of injury. I have tried kneeling chairs but they are too hard for my knees. This style of chair gets rave reviews, but again, it doesn't work for me. First, the seat is too wide.
