One thing that took me a while to notice is that the rigid support platform underneath the foam is actually horizontal, like a regular stool. When seated, however, it feels like a saddle chair. The platform also wobbles a little, although not noticeably. Mine seems a bit colorless; it is only yellow, not beige. It also arrived with a small hole that appears to have occurred in transit. The legs and feet are very durable. wheels are fine; I don't really use them, but I haven't broken anything in the last six weeks. In the end, this stool was too short for me. In order to sit in good posture, I had to find uncomfortable ways to bring my legs back so my knees were low enough. (If you think you can't sit with good posture, consider: Do you really have your knees down low enough? Can you stand with good posture?)
