I think it was a great deal! The 2 was $10 at the time of purchase and the 4 was $13, so I figured I'd grab the 4 just in case I get a different Pi later. The old fan has become noisy and hums. Good: They were quiet and efficient. I had to modify the body. Possibly bad: since I connected this fan to my Raspberry Pi, the Anker power supply, which used to be sufficient, is now not enough because of the low voltage warning flashing. this fan seems to be using a lot of power, maybe.

I use two on my solar generator. They are 5 volts each. And I connect them in parallel with a 12 volt battery for fast airflow. .

All four fans were very quiet in every position. The connectors mount securely to standard .025" square posts, and the fans draw 50mA when running on 5V. They don't move much air, but even a small amount of air movement has a big impact on thermal performance, so they should work great. for cooling small appliances.

OVERVIEW These are good little fans and I would buy them again. They are quieter than the standard fans that come with one of the kits. Not as quiet as SOUND LEVEL. They're pretty quiet, especially for the price. The fans have been running continuously since installation. The sound does not change when the device is tilted (e.g. when moving or looking around). This fan cools very well and is quiet. I have several Raspberry Pi servers on my desk and I don't notice their noise. They are also fully compatible with my 3D printer. I am very happy with this product and will buy it again if needed.
