Very high quality product! Very stable. Easy to assemble. Easy to clean. Can be washed in the dishwasher! I have bought two Zyliss bass drum cheese graters and both spring hinges broke because the cheese was too hard. I really like this. The materials are excellent and feel durable. But there are some major issues that really bother me: 1.) The crank will snap if you turn it in the opposite direction.
