I've researched every cheese on the market, both automatic and rotary. They're either difficult to use or they're made out of cheap plastic that breaks easily. It's plastic, but that's hardly a problem. The problem is that you can't muster enough force to hold onto a hard piece of cheese so the blades can quickly shred it. It takes half an hour to grind the cheese and the plastic cup that catches it keeps falling out. The replacement blades are not easy to swap out and the instructions are a joke, too much fine print and no real explanation of how to operate the machine. This means it's likely made in another country that doesn't care about quality, ease of use, durability, precise instructions, or warranty. You can't even contact the seller and I don't like dealing with sellers who don't respond. They should care about whether their customers are satisfied. It is the most expensive and will not work with the cheeses it was made for, Parmesan and Romano. I want my money back and I want to hear from the manufacturer or seller. I'm tired of buying these items that are advertised as working but didn't even come close. I'm assuming the only other review was written by the seller as nobody likes the way this thing works.
