I bought these for dance costumes and they fit children well, even the youngest ones (ages 5-8). The only thing I see is that the fiber content is wrong in the description. The hats have a tag that says they are 40% cotton.

As long as you don't compare them to a starter, new era or big bay like this, you'll be fine. The quality is average, you will find a lot of uneven seams and threads sticking out. If someone has a big head of seven and a half or larger, they will have a hard time putting these hats on even if you leave the stripes wide open and don't pair them.
