The heatmap helps me to understand what are my users clicking in each page of our website, which allows us to focus more effort where it's most needed. I like that it has many different heatmap options for graphs, pie charts etc., as well as being able to edit data by clicking in specific areas of your graph or chart! It's not very intuitive at first but once you get used too its easy enough using this program if there are more complicated programs out their then maybe they should make an option easier so we can use them instead?
