The heatmap provides an efficient overview of how visitors use your website. It helps to optimize website performance by highlighting issues with navigation structure, page content or other technical issues in plain sight. The data can be exported into pdf format for further analysis. It's a bit expensive than competitors but it has lots of features including heatmaps customization (colors palette etc.) It also offers very detailed reports. We have been using gemius heatmap for several years now and we haven't encountered any major problems or problems at all. I highly recommend this plugin to help keep track of user engagement statistics for your website. The heatmap was helping us understand our visitor behaviour and patterns.
